1. The Vremena Goda Hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed with the Hotel administration. Upon expiration of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Hotel administrator no later than 2 hours before check—out time - 12 o'clock local time. An extension of the stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.
2. Check—out time is 12 o'clock local time. Check-in of guests from 14 o'clock local time.
3. The working hours of the Vremena Goda Hotel are round the clock.
4. Check-in at the Hotel of citizens is carried out upon presentation of their passport. If the guest agrees with the current rules of the Vremena Goda Hotel and makes a reservation, the contract for the provision of hotel services is considered concluded.
5. The Hotel administration has the right to conclude a reservation agreement. If there are available seats, the administration accepts booking requests from legal entities and individuals through postal, telephone and other communications, which allows it to be reliably established that the request comes from the consumer.
6. When booking, accommodation or free check-in, the guest chooses the room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel administration. In case of no-show, a fee is charged for the actual downtime of the room, but not more than a day. Room reservations are available from 14:00 to 18:00 in the afternoon.
7. Payment for accommodation and services at the Hotel is carried out at free (contractual) prices, according to the price list approved by the Hotel management.
8. The accommodation fee is charged from 14 o'clock of the current day, local time. In case of free check-in of the guest at night from 00:00 to 14:00 (check-out time), check-in to the room is made in the reserved room, provided that no third parties live in the reserved room. In case of a stay of more than a day, the calculation is based on the following principle:
- early check–in from 00:00 - 09:00 is charged additionally at the rate of 100% of the room rate per day.
- Early check–in from 9:01 - 14:00 is free of charge, subject to availability.
- late check–out: from 12:00 to 18:00 - surcharge based on the hourly cost of the booked room, excluding discounts;
- late check-out: after 18:01 to 22:00, a half-day fee is charged from the standard cost of the booked room, excluding discounts;
- late check-out: after 22:01, a fee is charged for the full day of the booked room price.
9. Children under 10 years old inclusive - without providing an extra bed stay for free, breakfast is paid separately (cost 1000 rubles)
10. Check-in of guests under the age of 18 is possible only with parents/guardians or with notarized consent from parents. There is no charge for booking a room.
11. In case the guest refuses to stay or shortens the period of stay, the administration has the right to deduct an amount equal to the cost of one night's stay from the prepayment made by the guest (his guarantor). This amount is a fee for reserving a room in the name of the guest for the entire period of his stay. The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if cancelled within 1 day before arrival.
11. In the case of a guest booking a non-refundable rate, the following rules apply:
- In case of non-refundable rate, the room is booked with the condition of full payment of the stay at the time of booking
- With a non-refundable fare, it is not possible to make changes to the reservation (postponement of arrival dates, guest names, etc.).
- In case of non-refundable fare, penalties are imposed in case of cancellation - the full cost of the stay is non-refundable.
12. At the request of the residents, with the consent of the administration, unauthorized persons are allowed in the room from 08:00 to 23:00 hours; for this, the visitor must provide the administrator at the reception with an identity card.
13. In case of a visitor's delay in the guest's room after 23:00 or an unauthorized person being escorted to the Hotel by a registered guest at night (from 23:00 to 08:00), these persons must be registered to check into the guest's room. For such a check-in, payment is charged according to the price list approved at the Vremena Goda Hotel.
14. The right to extraordinary accommodation in a Hotel, subject to availability, are: Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full holders of the Order of Glory; employees of the prosecutor's office, employees of internal affairs bodies, employees of judicial authorities, tax service, employees of federal government communications and information agencies (in the performance of their official duties); disabled people 1-groups and persons accompanying them (no more than one person); other categories of citizens in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
15. Participants of the Great Patriotic War, disabled people of the 2nd and 3rd groups and persons accompanying them, check into the Hotel first of all, as seats become available.
16. Bed linen is changed once every three days.
17. Towels are changed and the room is cleaned daily. Toilet accessories (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper) are replaced as they are consumed.
18. The hotel provides the following types of free services to residents:
- calling an ambulance;
- use of a first-aid kit;
- provision of dental kit, shaving kit;
- call a taxi;
- delivery of correspondence to the room upon receipt;
- wake up to a certain time;
- use of an iron and ironing board;
- Wi-Fi wireless Internet services;
- use of household appliances installed in the room.
19. The hotel provides additional services to the guest for a fee at his request in accordance with the list and register of prices for additional services.
20. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electric and thermal energy, water supply).
21. The resident is obliged to:
- when leaving the room, close the water taps, windows;
- follow the Hotel's established order of accommodation;
- maintain cleanliness, silence and public order in the room and Hotel;
- strictly observe the rules of fire safety;
- to compensate for damages in case of loss, damage or damage to the property of the Hotel. - be responsible for the actions of the visitors invited by him to his room;

- pay for all additional services provided by the Hotel on time and in full.
22. The Hotel is prohibited:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as give them a room key card;
- store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury;
- keep pets in the room;
- smoking in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the Hotel;
- being under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- use heating devices if it is not provided in the hotel room;
- disturb the peace of guests staying in neighboring rooms.
23. All rooms are declared strictly non-smoking, the guest settling in them agrees to pay a fine of 5,000 rubles for smoking in the room, which will be used to clean the room and the air from the smell of smoke.
24. The administration is not responsible for the loss of valuables of the guest in the room, if they violate the rules of accommodation at the Hotel. In case of discovery of forgotten items, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration reports the discovery to the police or local government.
25. The Hotel administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of the present order of accommodation, public order, the order of use of household appliances.
26. The Hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of stay in case of violation by the guest of the order of accommodation, late payment of Hotel services, causing material damage to the Hotel by the guest.
27. In the absence of a guest at the place of residence for more than a day (or after 6 hours from the moment of his check-out time), the Hotel administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property in the room. The administration takes material values in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents and other property under its responsibility.
28. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the receptionist on duty and is issued at the request of the guest.
29. In case of complaints from the consumer, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict provided for by law.
30. In cases not provided for by these rules, the administration and the consumer are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
— to provide the subject of personal data, at his request, with information concerning the processing of his personal data;
— organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
— respond to requests and requests from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data;

The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it is established by the Law on Personal Data;
— to require the operator to clarify his personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law to protect their rights;
— to put forward a condition of prior consent when processing personal data in order to promote goods, works and services on the market;
— to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, as well as to send a request to terminate the processing of personal data;
— to appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court against illegal actions or inaction of the Operator during the processing of his personal data;
— to exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The subjects of personal data are obliged to:

5. Principles of personal data processing
